Meal Plan: Week of Jan 28th

Into the last week of first month of the year I want to try different vegetables each week to see if we like it. I dont think I have ever eaten asparagus but this will be on this week meal plan.

Jan 28th – Italian Pot Roast 

Jan 29th – Pork Loins with asparagus and mashed potatoes.

Jan 30th  – Fried chicken, mac and cheese and greens – Dezmond’s favorite!

Jan 31st – Baked Ziti with Sausage 

Feb 1st – Frozen Pizza

Feb 2nd – Brinner

  1. This is such a great idea! You don't know what veggies you like until you try them! I love asparagus! It gets a bad rap, but it tastes great sauteed with a little coconut oil and rosemary!

    Be sure to let us know any new veggies you try and love!

  2. I looooooooved asparagus and so did my oldest. he hates green vegetables. I always say, “how do you know you dont like if you dont try them?” One bite and he's hooked!
